1. Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, items that have been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned..
2. Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@minimood.store. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Please pack the item securely and attach the provided return label. Drop off the package at the nearest carrier location. Return shipping is free for all domestic returns.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
3. Refunds
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of an order is returned or if items are returned in a condition that does not meet our return criteria, a partial refund may be issued.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if you return the entire order.
4. Exchanges
- Exchange Requests: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Return Shipping for Exchanges: Return shipping is free for exchanges as well. However, if you are exchanging for a different item or a new size, please place a new order and the shipping cost for the new order will apply.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
